Acknowledgement

By using Aawaaz Soundbox - UPI Alerts, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it.

Relationship to Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Summary

The App provides voice announcements for UPI payment notifications on supported payment apps. Alerts depend on your device settings, Android version, notification permissions, and the format of payment notifications from third-party apps. We do not guarantee that every payment will be announced in all circumstances.

Disclaimer of Accuracy & No Financial Reliance

The App is a convenience notification tool only. It is not a payment processor, bank, or financial institution, and does not verify, confirm, or process the underlying payment transactions it announces.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying receipt of payment through your actual bank statement, UPI app, or payment provider before releasing any goods, services, or credit to a customer. We are not liable for any loss arising from a missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate alert, including loss caused by third-party payment apps, changes to notification formats, Android OS restrictions, or your device settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Subscriptions

Premium features, where offered, are billed through Razorpay. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the in-app billing flow or as described at checkout.

Subscription & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time within the App. Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, except under the specific condition outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued strictly in the event of a total app crash or verified technical failure caused by an internal fault on our end. To be eligible for a full refund of a charge, you must submit a request within 24 hours of the transaction to anitax.labs@gmail.com with your payment reference, device details, and a clear description/proof of the crash.

Non-Refundable Scenarios (Exclusions)

To avoid ambiguity, refunds will NOT be provided for any of the following reasons:

• Change of Mind: Accidental purchases, forgetting to cancel before a renewal date, or no longer wanting or needing the service.
• Feature Dissatisfaction: Dissatisfaction with app features, design, user experience, response style, content generation quality, or updates.
• User-Side Technical Issues: Unstable internet connections, unsupported or outdated devices/operating systems, insufficient storage, or device-specific settings blocking app operation.
• Partial Usage / Inactivity: Unused subscription time, failure to use the app during the billing cycle, or partial period usage.
• Third-Party Disruption: Outages, API limits, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure beyond our direct control.

Beyond verified application crashes or total system failures caused directly by our infrastructure, no guarantees are provided regarding app performance or output, and no other refunds will be granted. This refund constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy for any app malfunction or service failure.

Merchant Responsibility & Anti-Fraud Disclaimer

Independent Payment Verification Required

The App functions strictly as an audio reader for device notifications and does not interface directly with bank servers or NPCI networks. You acknowledge that audio alerts can be delayed, blocked by battery-optimization settings, or spoofed by fake notification apps.

You agree that you will never release goods, services, or cash solely based on an audio alert. You remain 100% responsible for manually verifying real-time funds settlement in your official bank or UPI merchant dashboard (e.g., Paytm for Business, PhonePe Business, Google Pay for Business). AnitaX Labs accepts no liability for financial fraud, fake payment screenshots, or uncollected funds.

Device & OS Settings Waiver

Battery Optimization & Notification Access

Android operating systems, OEM custom ROMs (MIUI, OxygenOS, OneUI, etc.), and aggressive battery-saver modes frequently kill background notification listeners. It is your sole responsibility to configure your device settings (e.g., disabling battery optimization, granting Notification Access permissions, locking the app in memory). AnitaX Labs is not responsible for missed audio alerts resulting from OS-level background task termination.

Third-Party App & Format Changes

Dependence on Third-Party Notification Layouts

The App relies on parsing notification text pushed by third-party applications (e.g., PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM). If a third-party payment provider changes its notification layout, formatting, text structure, or system permissions, the App may temporarily stop generating alerts. AnitaX Labs does not control these platforms and is not liable for service gaps during third-party updates.

Intellectual Property & License Grant

Limited License & IP Ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business operations. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including code, design, logos, audio assets, and branding) remain the exclusive property of AnitaX Labs. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works of the App.

Prohibited Uses

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

• Attempt to alter, intercept, or forge payment notifications.
• Engage in fraudulent commercial practices or illegal financial transactions.
• Automated scraping or reverse-engineering of notification parsing routines.

Unsolicited Feedback Rights

User Feedback & Ideas

Any feedback, suggestions, feature requests, or ideas you provide to AnitaX Labs regarding the App become the sole property of AnitaX Labs. We may use, implement, or commercialize your feedback without obligation, credit, or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnitaX Labs and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnitaX Labs, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including your own customers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, without liability, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes by third-party platforms (Google Play, Firebase, Razorpay, telecom networks), internet or power outages, or government action.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnitaX Labs regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Final Acknowledgement

By continuing to use Aawaaz Soundbox - UPI Alerts, you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
